Everything written on this site is my own view, in my personal capacity and on my own time. It is not an official statement of Montgomery College or of American University, and nobody at either institution has reviewed or approved it.

This is a personal site. It is not a Montgomery College or American University publication, it is not hosted or funded by either of them, and nothing on it commits either one to a position, a policy or a program.

If something here matters to you as institutional policy, go to the institution for it rather than to me. What I publish here is an account of my own work, and an account is not a policy.

Some of what is shown here was created as part of my job at Montgomery College, including the ALIGN framework, which came out of a cross-functional faculty and staff team I led, and the AI literacy microcredential curriculum. That work is the college’s work.

What I publish here is my own account of how it was built, kept to what is already public. Internal deliberations, committee discussion and anything still in progress are not described on this site, and no description here should be read as reporting them.

Montgomery College, American University and every other organization named on this site belong to those organizations. They appear here to say where I have worked, studied and presented, and never as an endorsement of me, of this site or of anything on it.

Where something here was co-created, I name the collaborator beside it. You Lead, AI Follows was built with Dr. Angela Lanier, and the EDU 205 Memory Mine is built on Dr. William N. Thomas IV’s framework. Naming them is a credit, and it is not a claim that either of them endorses the rest of this site.

If a description on this site misstates an institution’s position, or credits the wrong people, write to me and I will correct it.
